As an advanced Community Social Worker, you will be undertaking assessment, planning, intervention and review in a range of children in need cases. These include child protection, care proceedings and looking after children cases.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to improve outcomes for children, young people, and their families, particularly safeguarding children and young people.
You will hold a caseload of approximately 15 total family cases.
