Working as an Assistant Team Manager in a well-established Adult Social Care Team will appeal to Senior Occupational Therapists like your looking for that career progression and someone who is really up for a challenge.
You will have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to a team of qualified staff within a multidisciplinary team in order to deliver a high-quality service to adults with complex needs with the emphasis always being on promoting independence.
You may be required to carry a small caseload of really complex clients or when your staff need that bit of extra support.
The role is for at least 3 months working 36hrs per week with an immediate start. Enhanced pay is offered.
