Do you have experience of working with the Elderly in a Community Intermediate Care setting?
This role is community-based visiting patients within their own homes. A car driver is essential for the role.
The role is for 6 months preferably full-time hours Mon-Fri
You will need to be a qualified Occupational Therapist and be HCPC registered to be considered for the position.
