Two ongoing posts for two dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapists to work in two different teams. For the first role you must have community stroke experience and for the second you will be in multidisciplinary team thus any elderly, neuro or frailty experience is desirable. Both are based in East Riding of Yorkshire.
