Band 6 Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a candidate that has the following skills and experience:
Provide a specialist occupational therapy service for older adults with mental health needs and adults of any age living with dementia.
Deliver individual assessments, formulation, specific interventions and evaluations, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Provide a quality effective accessible client-centred service through tailored packages of care in the most appropriate setting.
Demonstrate active clinical and managerial leadership skills within the team, providing education and supervision to non-registered staff including students and
Represent and promote the specialist role of occupational therapy, including service planning and development.
