This exciting Occupational Therapy Stroke Rehab position will be led by a dynamic Project Manager and supported by a team of very experienced multidisciplinary health professionals who aim to make an impact on national stroke pathways. Your client group will be post acute stroke patients in a community setting. This role will give the right OT a huge opportunity to contribute to this valuable pilot project and build your reputation in stroke rehab.
