We are working with an NHS client to recruit for a band 6 physiotherapist for a 3 month locum opportunity.
Our client is a community trust that is looking to recruit for a physiotherapist to work within an integrated care team. The purpose of the role will be to support hospital discharge and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. You will be providing assessment and treatment to vulnerable patients with complex needs.
This will involve treating patients within the community and home based treatments, so access to a car and a UK driving license would be required.
