As a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist, you will be working with predominantly care of the elderly and stroke rehabilitation. You will be required to travel between two sites in the Powys area and will, therefore, need to be a car driver.
You will have previous experience working in clinical wards and be required to work 37.5 hours per week either over 4 or 5 days.
The post is for a time period of approximately 2 months.
