Care co-ordinator- OT or Community Psychiatric Nurse

You want flexible working? You found it. We are seeking for an experienced care co-ordinator, preferably an Occupational Therapist or Community Psychiatric Nurse. 

The suitable candidate will be expected to have a full drivers licence with access to a car for business use, they should have experience of working in community mental health settings with patients with severe and enduring mental illness. 


They will have a caseload of around 20 patients who are subject the Care Programme Approach (CPA) framework and will be expected to carry out interventions to meet their needs and support them to achieve their goals.  They should be motivated with excellent communication skills and work well within a multi-disciplinary team. 

The team is supported by the team manager, the deputy manager and the consultant psychiatrist, everyone works happily in the team formed of care co-ordinators, support worker, psychologist and admin team.  You will be well supported and receive regular supervision.


The shifts will be mainly 9-5 Mon-Fri with some weekend working every 8 weeks, we offer flexible working arrangements for people who have caring responsibilities.
