As a qualified Social Worker, you will be joining a busy team working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate safe and timely discharges from hospital.
You will therefore ensure a high quality of practice that promotes independence, recovery, choice, and autonomy.
You will be required to work 37 hours per week, from 9 am to 5 pm for a duration of approximately 1 month.
