Community Nurse Deputy Team Lead

We are looking for a Band 6 Community Nurse.
The ideal candidate would have community experience; must be trained in 4-layer compression bandaging, wound care, dressings, change catheters, medication, syringe driver.
Nurses will be expected to attend handover at 2:00 pm and to write paper records of all their visits.
