You will be working in a community team delivering interventions and assessments for adults and older people, including the assessment and provision of complex equipment, housing adaptations, and manual handling risk assessments.
The role is full-time 37hrs per week to start immediately and run for at least 3 months
Experience in social Care and the ability to travel in the community is essential for this role.
You must have a relevant Occupational Therapy Degree and be registered with the HCPC.
