Senior Physiotherapist

We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist with the following skills and experience:

Department - Intermediate Care/Community Inpatients
Grade - Band 6
Hours - Part-time or full-time considered
Duties - Based on the community ward at Fleet Hospital, undertaking assessments, treatment, rehab, prescribing equipment, onward referrals
Professional registration - HCPC PT
Skills - Elderly care rehab
Candidate must be car driver as there is a requirement to travel across sites.
