We are currently looking for a adult Social Worker who has recent experience of working in a hospital setting and facilitating hospital discharges or has previously worked in a front line/duty team.
This is a fast paced team working to tight timescales therefore, the candidate must have extensive experience relating to the assessment of Adults and a excellent working knowledge of Mental Capacity and Best Interest Decisions and Continuing Health Care.
Candidates must able to work a 3 week rota covering 111 hours over 3 weeks which includes 11 hour shifts (8-8) and 1 weekend in 3.
