In this role, you will be part of a team which works closely with residents and carers who provide service to adults with Learning Disabilities. You will also support the Team Manager in securing the continuous development, improvement, efficiency and success of the team as a whole.

Furthermore, you will supervise directly a group of staff. For this reason, you must be someone who has the ability to lead and manage the team and its health professionals.
