We are currently looking for two social workers to work in the Merseyside area.
The successful candidates will be required to fulfil duties in a Prevention and Early Intervention Service which will include completing asset based Care Act assessments to make initial eligibility determinations as well as commissioning short term care packages and Telecare.
The post holder will be required to work 35 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm for a duration of 2 months.
