As a Band 7 or 8a Psychologist, you will be working within an early supported discharge service for people who have had a stroke. This involves psychological and neuropsychological assessment, shared formulation and considerable multidisciplinary team working and intervention.
You will also be working within a broader Community Clinical Health Psychology Service offering psychological consultation to physical health colleagues, and assessment and interventions to patients and their families.
The post is 30 hours per week with an immediate start.
