Urgent Need for an Occupational Therapist for a community position.
You will liaise with the ward team to ensure timely discharge. You will carry out the home assessment and order equipment as required. Elderly rehab experienced required.
Full or part time considered, car driver owner required.
You must be a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to be considered for this role.
