We are currently looking for a forensic social worker to work in the outer London region.
The successful candidate will have forensic mental health practise experience and will bring a social perspective to the multi-disciplinary team and deliver social interventions and discharge statutory duties.
Main tasks will focus on, working with approximately 20 patients across 2 wards & 2 MDT's, assessing risk and social care needs and identifying appropriate discharge pathways and responding to Safeguarding concerns of both adults and children.
The post holder will be required to work 22 hours per week, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
