As a newly qualified or experienced Occupational Therapist, you will join a Home First Reablement team in the Herefordshire area.
You will be completing Occupational Therapy assessments in a community-based role working across the county, therefore some community experience would be required.
You will be required to work 37 hours per week, from 9am to 5:30pm.
