Safeguarding Enquiry Officer

We are looking for an Enquiry Officers who are a part of a team that works collaboratively to support service users/residents who fall without our Care Act Section 42 safeguarding duty, with an aim to improve people’s lives by helping with social and interpersonal difficulties, promoting human rights and wellbeing.
As an Enquiry Officer, you will work with service users to understand their needs, strengths and wishes, helping them to build resilience and live the lives they choose to lead. As part of a team, you will recognize the bigger picture affecting people’s lives and work to change the structures and systems to enable people’s human rights to be respected and protected.
