You could be the perfect match for one of our friendly and supportive teams, situated on the edge of London if you are an energetic and experienced Occupational Therapist with excellent Enhanced Intermediate Care experience. And even better if you have a friend who can do the role with you as there are 2 roles.
This role is in a prime location for families to relocate with reasonable house prices, a selection of local schools available, and perfect for commuting to London.
You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Nurses all working together to facilitate discharge from the hospital and maximising independence at home.
You will be part of a highly effective service providing support to people in times of crisis where you can really make a difference doing a job you will love.
Previous experience working within a Reablement setting would be fantastic, and a positive attitude of working together will move this service along.
You will be required to work one 12-8 pm shift per week and as a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will cover one weekend in six with time off during the week.
