You will be working as part of a community Rehabilitation team carrying out assessments for rehab and equipment and progressing treatment plans
You will be working full-time Mon-Fri and a car driver is essential for this position as you will be out in the community.
You must be a qualified Physiotherapist and be HCPC registered to be able to apply for this role.
