Care4health is recruiting for a B5 Locum Occupational Therapist for a team in North East London.
Your role will require you to work within the Inpatient Therapy Team supporting the effective treatment of patients and their timely discharge back into the community.
Home visits will also be required with patients who have been discharged in order to prevent hospital admission, transport will be provided by the client for these visists.
You will be working Mon-Fri 8.30-16.30 and experience or working within a similar NHS setting is essential. This role will be running until at least the end of January and possibly beyond
You must hold an Occupational Therapy qualification and be HCPC registered to be considered.
