I have been asked by a client in the Hampshire area to source an experienced Occupational Therapist for a Community Team, visiting people at home and or in residential settings. The team provides an urgent community response to prevent hospital admissions whilst continuing to deliver rehabilitation to people with long-term health needs.
You will be a skilled and motivated Therapist who is keen to work as part of a large team to achieve what is best for the patients on a day-to-day basis.

You will need access to your own car for work.
You will be a qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration and experience working within the NHS previously is essential.
