This role is for a Band 6 Physiotherapist who has experience working in a community setting.
You will be working within a large team providing community rehabilitation to patients within their own homes and residential settings. You will be completing holistic health assessments, and care plans, reviewing and ordering equipment where needed.
You will be part of the wider MDT attending team meetings and working with your colleagues to move the service forward.
The role is full-time Mon-Fri and you will require your own car for work.
