Care4health is recruiting for a B6 Physiotherapist for a Community Team in and around County Durham in the North East of England. The role is for at least 3 months with the possibility of an extension
You will be visiting patients in their own homes and care homes throughout the community so a car is essential for this role.
You will be working full time Mon-Fri 9-5
