Care4Health is recruiting for a Band 7 Occupational Therapist for a Learning Disabilities team in the Bedfordshire area.
The team works with adults and young adults in the community with learning disabilities who have complex health and social care needs. As the Occupational Therapist in the team, your main objective is to ensure the care and support needs are met by providing person-centered assessment under the Care Act 2014. The team consists of a number of different professionals including Social Workers, Learning Disability Nurses, and carers all working together to achieve the same goal for their patients as an integrated team.

The role will require you to have your own car for work in order for you to travel around the community.
