A Central London NHS Trust is recruiting for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to work in their discharge planning team. You will be responsible for discharge assessment and planning of patients on the wards, from advanced planning prior to discharge to the point of onward transfer
The trust is only able to offer someone at a Band 5 level, they won't be able to offer Band 6 at all and you will need some NHS experience as well.
You'll be working out of their hospital in Tower Hamlets and they are looking for a full time locum, there's also the possibility of including rostered occasional weekend shifts and evening shifts.
