We're recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work in a community and social care team in the North East of London.
You'll be working within a community team providing reablement services to stroke and neuro patients in the Borough. You'll be expected to conduct roughly 4 visits per day, and once your visits are done the report writing can be done from home making this a great opportunity for anyone who's looking for a hybrid role. Having a car would help you but it's not essential and there are team members who make do with public transport though it may take a little longer.
