Care4Health is working with a Local Authority in the South West to recruit an experienced Locum Occupational Therapist to join their team.
You will be a community-based Occupational Therapist visiting patients in their own homes to carry out detailed and thorough assessment of their needs. You will be experienced in assessing for Aids and adaptations and prescribing equipment.
You will have expert knowledge within the field of Moving and Handling and be able to carry out these types of assessments as an Occupational Therapist.
You will have worked in a similar setting for at least 2 years and have a greater depth of understanding of the Care Act.
Car driver and owner are required for this role and a hybrid working arrangement is in place so write-ups can be done from home when required.
