Care4Health is recruiting an experienced Community Occupational Therapist for a role working on the Scottish Borders.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive Reablement Service, assessing patients within their own homes. The role will run for at least 6 months with the view to extending further if all is going well.
Ideally, you will be available full-time Mon-Fri for 35hrs per week there may be some movement to work slightly reduced hours.
It is essential that you can drive and have access to your own car for work as you will be community-based, there may be some scope for home working which can be discussed with the client.
You must hold a valid Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC to be considered for the position.
