Care4Health is recruiting for an experienced Physiotherapist to work within a Community Rehabilitation Service based in East Staffordshire.
You will be working within a well-established multidisciplinary team and will be expected to assess and carry out treatment plans to meet a variety of patient's needs in several settings including their own homes, care homes, and clinics.
You will be responsible for your caseload and will be required to work without direct supervision.
You must have worked within a Rehab setting previously and with Neurology patients to be considered for this role.
You will predominantly be community-based so access to your car is a necessity, some remote working will be available. Full and part-time hours considered.
